The Solitary Visionary

A being of ambiguous origins, the Solitary Visionary is known for their absence of and hunger for white mana. Rituals invoking the Visionary often involve performing acts of order and healing followed antithetical acts of cruelty and disorder. Other rites include isolating themselves from their families and communities and either causing or succumbing to some affliction.

The deities of the Cult of Yore are only shared with its members once they have proven themselves devout.  Few writings are kept, being a mostly oral tradition.

In Art

The most common image associated with the Visionary is an eye, often with multiple pupils. Another motif is the presentation of something that is usually accompanied with others of its kind alone or amongst dead or broken representations of its peers. If these are living creatures, its not uncommon for it to be depicted with one eye, or all but one eye obscured, absent or damaged beyond recognition. Finally, a rare motif is a creature or item bisected, only displaying one half of the original image.
