Chronograph of Ruination

A very popular band among the citizens of the Tenth District. This Rakdos group of bards usually reserves their shows for the dungeon palace of Rik Maadi but lately have been playing more concerts on the surface of the Tenth District.
Their Manager, Vaglen Merchannon Verdenson III, maybe be involved in some criminal activity by way of the manufacture and/or trafficing of an illicit substance known as Licaran Time Mist, or "Freeze Frame"
