The Izzet League spanning the entirety of The Tenth District. With a combination of engineering, magic, and the powerful liquified magical metal called
Mizzium, the Izzet developed a railway system for extremely fast transport across the district.
The exact mechanics of the system are known only to the Izzet, but what is known is that the system consist of massive passenger cars which hover above a rail network through some sort of magical antigravitational prepulsion/ repulsion forces. Passengers are harnessed into the cars securly before the train is accelerated at extremely high speeds.
