Primeval Precinct

The Primeval Precinct is a relatively cut-off area somewhere South of the Tenth District. It is owned by wealthy philathropist Renald Haddon and operated by the organization VinTech.
Not much is known about the area yet, as it is not yet open to the public. All that is known is that somehow the Simic have modified the terrain to clear a large natural area, cut it off from the city via artificial mountains, and populated the park with large extraplanar animals they have genetically modified with biomancy.
The proprietor of the park has invited several guests to come on an inaugural tour of the park.
