Propulsion

Jester's Cart is usually propelled by beast of burden, most commonly four horses. The four horses are owned by The Jester and any new horse, or beast of burden, take the name of the one they're replacing.
All the horses are dressed, or painted, as might Gods and creatures of lore. The creatures in question are Demogorgon, Amsodeus, Palor, and Kord.

Additional & auxiliary systems

In the back of the cart looks like a normal cart but, to those The Jester allows, sees a spectral door against the wall where the seat for the bullocky. When they enter the door they gain entrance into the mansion the Jester had enchanted into the crafting of the car.
The mansion has living quarters, kitchen, dining room, storage room, and a few miscellaneous rooms depending on the Jester's whims for their existence. It's similar to the Magnificent Mansion spell, with the exception that items can bring items out from the mansion, but items lose their luster and value and food taste bland but fulfills hunger.

The Crew of the Jester's Cart is usually the members of the Carnival. The Jester is usually the bullocky of the cart. Aymer, the Bearded Elf, is the back up bullocky of the cart or the main lookout of the cart.

Cargo & Passenger Capacity

The cargo the car can carry is more than what it visibly look like it can carry. The internal portion of the cart has been enchanted to be a portable mansion. It door is not visible expect to those whom The Jester allows to see it.
