Rîsha covering

GEOGRAPHY

  Rîsha covering is primarily with a large land covering of heavy woods and a small flat land near the fresh water river leads up and down the location. The forest location is primarily flat, only a few hills here and there with thick grass and humid temperatures near the forest areas.
 

ECOSYSTEM

Due to forest with its a lot of greener, many species of herbivores , from small to medium sized animals settle in the forest with a few bird species. Near the river a few larger carnivores are found due to river with its fishes, but some small carnivores can be found near the flat lands and the forest for hunting the hiding herbivores. However, due to the human settlement, carnivores try to hunt their farm animals instead of the wild ones.

Ecosystem Cycles

Many of the herbivores will arrives early spring to start mating in the forest , this is when predators are heavily seen  entering the forest for hunts. When summer reaches larger carnivores while arrive for hunting of fish due to its spawning season and will also start breeding. Once falls hit most of large carnivores begin to eat heavily also slowly appearing near the forest causing smaller carnivores to move now deeper south with is scaring a few herbivores south for safety. Once winter hits more larger carnivores are I’m hibernating or move south this allows a lot of small creatures appear to hide for safety within the forest due to most carnivores go deeper south or some even north.

Localized Phenomena

Most common phenomenon here are heavy rains with lighting where locals claim the river glows a bit and the fishes come to the surface.

Climate

The climate is quite warm for its location, while the forest is warmer and it keeps this temperature most of the year it slowly get colder end springs where the weather begins to become unstable.

Fauna & Flora

Fauna 

  • eastern hok wolves: not commonly seen beside spring time and end winter
  • rock bears: migrates down in summer to feast and goes back north end falls 
  • eastern river ducks: almost all year round but will slowly migrate down stream when to many species are in the area
  • Natural Resources

    Most common things are woods and plants for the locals to take, most plants become medicine and woods is mainly sold. Near the flat lands farm fields for grain and farm animals have been stabilised and near the river clay for pots and fishes for trade and sold. This place is perfect for common outside farmers or travelers trying to see interesting things.

    History

    The area use to be fully forest, but when minda era started general rîsha the development. Rîsha began cutting 10% of the forest down placing near the river a military camp, which was important until Rîsha discovered a better ground for training. So, he order his men to leave the camp as the place was abandoned for at least 50 years when travelers and merchants this location was a good point for trade so they slowly began to settle there. But it later become more important when “the great migration happened” where it became a location for the town hanabek. However this was also a battle ground where small ruins and buildings can still be found.

    Tourism

    Best place to go is hanabek it’s self as it’s the safe spot against wildlife and the infect. But if your , more interested into adventuring, there is a claim of a wooden cabin that has a large dungeon under with goods or try discover abandoned towers or failed town.
