The Crystalline All-Knowing Dragon

Beovin is the wise and endless Deity of Knowledge, Study and Memory. Rarely influencing directly upon the earth, Beovin aims to guide and assist scholars in growing their understanding of time and the universe so that they may shape the future and prevent disaster from striking. Folklore says that Beovin already knows the entire timeline of the universe from creation to inevitable destruction and as such understands the part he must play in history and does so precisely and accurately.

Tenets of Faith

Followers of Beovin make it their duty to learn as much as humany possible in order to predict potential outcomes and futures and make informed decisions in order to guide the world into the best possible future and circumvent disaster. Beovin knows that it is not his place to teach his scholars the timeline of the universe as it would in turn prevent that timeline from occurring, and he claims he has already seen his part in history and must stick to it in all exactness, what he instead does is guide scholars and clerics in their research.

Physical Description

Body Features

Beovin is an impossibly long serpentine dragon inconceivable to the rational brain. Instead of scales he is lined with shimmering crystals which are said to be prophetic and illustrate the entire history of the world. The crystals surrounding his snout and face depict different aspects of the creation story and beginning of time, with history continuing in exact and strenuous detail all the way down his body in little flicks of memory and legend says that should you ever reach his tail, it would depict the end times.
