Snipesong Grass is found in the Forest Glades of Realm-R. It grows in patches, between patches of Poison Grass, a grass that looks very similar to Snipesong Grass. Neither grass likes to be covered in shade for more than a very small part of the day (if at all), hence they only grow in grassy glades.

Poison Grass is very similar to Snipesong Grass in many aspects.

• Both grow in same area under same conditions
• Size and colour are the same (only difference is Snipesong Grass has an extra dark green line along the blade)
• Both have affinities to the same herbs for potion-making
• Both are eaten by monsters in the Forest Glades
• Both have been given as responses to proposals and/or courtship notices

However, their attributes are very different. Poison Grass will give you a rash almost instantly, and can be used as an ingredient to make toxic poisons, whereas Snipesong Grass is an important ingredient for many healing and buff-type potions. Also, once cut with a blade, the grasses will emit different odours. Snipesong Grass has a mint smell while Poison Grass has an almost vinegar smell to it.

Uses, Products & Exploitation

There are two main uses for Snipesong Grass.

1. It is a food source for monsters that live in the forest, in particular, the Pickleberry Bush Monster and small mouse-like monsters.
2. It is a common ingredient in potions. The apothecary is in constant need for Snipesong Grass.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking

The grass is a typical grass colour you would expect to find on Earth. However, it has 3 darker green lines following the length of each blade. When harvesting Snipesong Grass, make sure there are 3 lines along the blade, as Poison Grass only has 2 lines with no other visible differences in the grasses appearance.
