Raging Tops

The chain of mountains on Klirira. known as the Raging Tops got its name from the volcanos that formed the spine like features of its peaks. There are paths into the mountains made by hunters and animals.

Geography

The legend of Raging Tops says that it is one of the deadliest mountain ranges in the realm. Its mountains are unstable and prone to cracking. Many crevasses in the ground going deep beneath the earth lies in ambush covered by an uneasy blanket of snow or dirt. The peaks are crowned with snow all year long, and avalanches often take travelers by surprise leading to the low traffic in the area.
What makes the mountains so dangerous is hard to pinpoint. The rocky ground has started to shake when the tectonic plates met beneath them, such occurrences have sometimes been powerful enough to be written down by the nearby inhabitants within the last year.

Fauna & Flora

There are a number of rare herbs growing in the crevasses that have caused the death of people that would try to harvest them.

Natural Resources

The Raging Tops has various deposits of iron, silver and gold but none have been mined due to the snow elves restriction of mining on Klirira.
