Far off in a land where the sun is said to never set, Where for thousands of leagues the only thing to see are rolling hills of sand and dust and heat. It is in these wretched dunes the Daemons call home, A race of Humanoid creatures of ashen skin, firety eyes, and blackened horns that to many give a demonic impression. oppressed and enslaved is the fate of many within the Golden Cities, Used as a labor force for their strong bodies, and heat tolerance. The slave drivers see them as little less than demonic creatures who's best purpose is to live their hellish lives to a grinding end within the mines beneath the city serving "Good Folk", This service often labor, abuse, and at worse being used as executioners for the guilt forced to fight in the gladiator pits against criminals and their own for the entertainment of others.
As tragic as the fate is for much of their race, some of their communities still hide within the sand of the Forgoten sands or have been lucky enough to have fled or been rescued to the Western shores of Nocturne. Albeit it no less welcoming and often with the worry of the slavers at their heels it is at least a place that will not outlaw their presence. Allowing Daemon to show their colors as a sucltured and blessed community who have not the hearts of demons but that of proud warriors and artists, The heart of Good folk easy to see if one gives them the time. yet even so many are often spiteful at captors of their race and hold all of Goblin kind in ill-regard, most notably Hobgoblins who are the perpetrators of their suffering.

However even with such for-right ideologies their abuse has led many astray to anger, rage, and vengeance often makes them ride a line between good and even that often falls to Lawful Neutral
Speed: your base walking speed is 35ft
Dark vision: you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Isolated Hunter: Hunting is a talent every Daemon understands, For their are few ways to survive in the barren sands other than by hunting for crops rarely grow. Thus they have learned to find and isolate targets and end them without suffering. Once per long-rest a Daemon, may use its bonus action to mark a creature within 90ft with Isolation which forces the creature to make a WIS Saving throw (DC: 10 + Prof) this save is made with disadvantage if the target is not within 15ft of an ally. This effect lasts 1 hour, or until a creature uses an action to breaks the fear hold on it.
While marked this way the next damage roll from the Daemon is treated as a critical hit removing isolation from the creature. Additionally if the Daemons Proficiency bonus is Higher than the sum of the Isolated creatures Hit Dice the Creature is killed instantly by any attack from the Daemon. Creatures that suffer this effect immediately re-grant the use of Isolated Hunter
Tooth and Claw: Razor sharp claws mount the ends of their fingers along with their viscous teeth and they if pressed are capable of using them to brutal efficiency. Unarmed strikes from Daemons are considered to be either Bludgeoning/Slashing and deal 1d4+STR.
SunSkin: You have resistance to Fire Damage, additionally you do not suffer the ill effects of extreme heat.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write common and Infernal.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Daemons are bipedal humanoids who stand on often double jointed legs that end in sharp paws. However the upper portions of their bodies are largely humanoid with the exception of their claw like hands, points ears, and horned head. Their bodalong the points of their limbs and upper torso is decorated by a sharp transition from their ashen blue skin to a deep black that lagely along the edges varies in patters from individual to individual however they are nearly always covering the upper face above the bridge of the nose, and the upper back and shoulders.
Growth Rate & Stages
Daemon reach adulthood at 20 years old, and can live an exceedingly long length of time often in comparison to that of elves in longevity reaching ages upwards of 400 years old. Additionally as they grow their horns never stop growing and is often a representation of age.
Ecology and Habitats
Their bodies are well fit for withstanding high temperatures, with their homeland being that of the Forgotten Sands and with the beating heat of the sun it takes a special kind of fortitude to withstand its heat. Making the natural habitat of the Daemon often high heat intensity areas either the hot deserts or near volcanoes or otherwise high heat areas.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
they are an extreme rarity on the continent of Nocturne, what small communities they have are often at the whim of banditry or otherwise and forced to scatter to the wind making up small populations that could number in the tens within cities with populations in the millions. This is not the case in their homeland in the Forgotten Sands however much of their population is held captive and enslaved within the Golden cities.

A Daemon often is not taught in mathematics or specifics but in the necessary elements of survival and culture, This is only the case if they were lucky enough to have a teacher of their race otherwise they are largely on their own for gaining an education. Often resulting in a high variance between individuals and often falling average or below.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Their bodies skin vary in ashen hues of blue, grey, and purple With the exception of the near pitch black coloration change from their short furred legs to their hand, face and back. Additionally they are almost always gifted with uniquely shaped horns and colored eyes the horns always generally falling in tones of black however their eyes vary a great deal of hues.
