Bfee was the Mayor Rush Margins, a village in the Wend Hardings region of Munchkinland.
Bfee was the father of Boq. He had a carriage that he didn't use very much, but would lone it to people in order to bring in extra income. He asked Frexspar the Godly, his Unionist minister, to let him try to fight off sin, but upon the arrival of the Clock of the Time Dragon, he began to enjoy it. He later lent his carriage to Frexspar to pick up Cattery Spunge from Stonespar End.
