Pirate City of Caught
Caught is a city in the Astral Sea that was settled on the severed hand of Barnachy, the pirate god. The city is port for pirates and trade just outside the control of the Elven Imperium. The city is controled by the Brethren of the Stars and is currently ruled by the minotaur pirate king, Lord Makan Drunuran.
The city had a long standing truce with the Elven Imperium so long as they traded with the empire. However, recently the Imperium broke this truce when they attacked the city with their navy and the Lunar Dragon under their control. During this attack most of the original crew of the Martuin was killed or captured.
The city has three major levels: The finger towers, the Palm, and the Interior.
The Palm holds the largest part of the city and is home to districts for markets, entertainment, gambling, and residences.
The Interior lies underneath The Palm and inside the god's hand. It is home to hangars, docks, and the industrial center of the city. The Interior is home to the city's power plant, which is run on Barnachy's blood which magically still runs through veins in the hand.
The city has five Finger Towers, each home to a different Pirate Lord of the Brethren of the Stars. The Thumb Tower is home to the current Pirate King, Lord Makan Drunuran, Lord of the Cetus Sector.
