Ultima
(a.k.a. the Move Tutor Witch)
Ultima is an the old woman living on Cape Brink on Boon Island. She is a witch known for teaching Frenzy Plant to Venusaur, Blast Burn to Charizard, or Hydro Cannon to Blastoise when their trainers have a strong bond with them. Locals have come to nickname Ultima the Move Tutor Witch.
