X-Phlogh

A silvery element used for many purposes in Realmspace. When properly refined it can be used for a multitude of medicinal benefits including tissue repair. When combined with healing potions it can supercharge its effects making it extremely valuable to colonies without access to healing magic.
But there is a darker side to this substance as it can be refined into a fine black powder which when inhaled can cause euphoria for several hours. This can be problematic and addicting for citizens all over realmspace.
When a healing potion is properly combined by an alchemist (DC 15 check with Alchemist Tools) a person will get the normal healing effects plus a bonus feature for one hour by rolling a d6:

1: Your leg muscles repair rapidly granting you double your jump distance.

2: Your senses feel supernatural granting you advantage on perception and investigation checks.

3: Your arms swing with increased might granting you an extra 1d4 on damage rolls.

4: Your arms swing with precision granting you an extra 1d4 on attack rolls.

5: Your reflexes sharpen allowing you advantage on dexterity saving throws.

6: Your skin crystalizes and hardens granting you a +1 to your AC.
