Manpower Solutions

Manpower Solutions is a worldwide megacorporation composed entirely of initiates, offering their services to initiates, cultists and many more for as long as they are willing to pay, a fact that results in it being generally established as a fairly stable and long-term cult, although who exactly is the Manpower Solutions working for is a question that remains unanswered to this day.
It's generally considered to be 'evil' as far as the supernatural goes, resulting in many national supernatural defense agencies either restricting or downright banning its operations within the areas they control. If that happens, Manpower Solutions goods are instead a contraband to be smuggled in by the local initiates and cultists. Despite that, it continues to exist and operates on a scale comparable to Harbinger Technologies.
MS's upper ranks are - like in the case of most major supernatural organizations - highly secretive. It is generally believed that it follows a more or less normal corporate structure, including a Board (numbers unknown) and an even more mysterious CEO. It's known mostly due to the fact that documents signed by 'CEO of Manpower Solutions' and the Board were found, however without actual names.

Structure

Manpower Solutions has regional headquarters in the capital of every country that it's permitted to work with, typically a well-secured skyscraper covered in concealment glyphs in order to keep the mundanes from realizing that it exists. From there, regional branch manages oversee numerous factories and training centers belonging to the Manpower Solutions, including its dedicated security force.

Public Agenda

Manpower Solutions' stated goal is providing work force and alternative means of dealing with labor shortages through supernatural means. In doing so, it's ready to veer deeply into the field of the immoral. Their goods vary from trained supernatural animals and devolved demihumans through magic-enforced obedience collars to be used on humans to actual humans (or demihumans/else) that were typically vatgrown and/or cloned.
It is also ready to perform a variety of 'alterations' and 'trainings' on people for a price, typically without taking their consent into consideration for as long as they're paid to do it by someone. A fact that doesn't improve its PR at all.
If you want a perfectly trustworthy sidekick, a pet or something (or someone) to use for entertainment, Manpower Solutions is your best pick. If you want a small army of cloned soldiers, they'll provide you with those as well... at a price.

History

Manpower Solutions, like many modern magical megacorps, rose in the aftermath of the Second World War. Unlike, for example, Harbinger Technologies, it grew to prominence in more recent times, following the end of the Cold War - it was either, to a various degrees, suppressed or looked down upon by all three sides of it, although to a varied degree.
Even today, it is suffering from a lot of bad press, the exacty details of its operation making it often suspected of being a cult dedicated to (according to most of the conspiracy theories), Ancient of Cogs or Ancient of Control, with a healthy dose of Ancient of Flesh Ancient of Desire thrown into the mix. In fact, the sheer scope of the Ancients (potentially) involved makes it into a suspected international cult of the Ancients.
