Demographics

The population is entirely made up of formerly enslaved beings and their children.  Most are still legally enslaved, but some have been formally freed. The population is mostly nonhuman, with large Twi'lek, Togruta, and Zabrak populations.  There are also significant numbers of Chiss, Chagrian, Miraluka, Mirialan, and Rattattaki people, along with some hybrids.

Defences

Fort Logistics (as its name is often shortened to by those who approve of it; those who disapprove call it Fort Production) has two layers of barricades, one wood and one stone, surrounding it, and a stone palisade wall.  There are defense turrets mounted behind the palisade.
