Harlock Baron

The Harlock’s presence originated from the planet Harvadae. Their tribal formation has a cluster of Barons working for a Duchess, however, a small chain of Barons seem to have evolved free from the hive-mind. Harlock Barons stand tall above most species with their black and purple shades. Their species, much like their mere existence and presence in the Interstellar Community, is a complex one.
