Niflheim

This dimension is a realm of mists and confusion. It is said to be the abode of lost things and the souls of the dead. Within it rests the realm of Hel, the goddess of the Dead. It is from here that spirits, both benevolent and malevolent come. Gates to Niflheim are somewhat common, especially in ancient ruins and it is said that it is the realm closest to Midgard on the branches of the tree.
