Other story lines include business partners Ivain Ray and Eloise; a legendary last performance by Azalai Belle, resulting in a charred circus; the murder of Moray, the lead singer of beloved band Ye Miserable Bastards; and the mental state of a depressed young painter named Eilos dealing with the fallout of his family.
