A-12
(a.k.a. End Boss)
Maybe the most famous criminal in the world, but they are also the one we know the least about. The leader of El Patético has always operated from the shadows. The entire organization is a shadow with a very tight security on information. Some parts of El Patético don't even know they are a part of the organization.
A-12
Ongoing research is performed by the CIA in the USA with support from similar agencies in other countries such as the MIVD in the Netherlands. They have given this person the designation A-12. A stands for Alpha, the top of the pyramide, 12 for it is their belief he is the 12th leader of El Patético since they found out about the organization and their field of activity.
Eas of communication let to people working for those agencies to call A-12; Andie.
Location
It was thought a long time that Andie and the head-quarters of El Patético was located in South-America. And a lot of time and money was spent research was on that continent. But recently the investigators have come to the creepy idea that Andie and El Patético are located in Europe. Overhauling their whole idea of El Patético, and the way they operate.
Most wanted list
As the investigators do not have any clue who Andi actually is, nor have any hard evidence that he or she does commit crimes, even the evidence against El Patético is slim. Andi is not on any most wanted list. The highest rating they can give this character is 'person of interest' which is barely a step above that anime dude with a google history about the weirdest shit as they write fanfiction.
Very mysterious... So are those Rose's rivals? I forgot the context in which El Patético was mentioned before... By the way, that names make me laugh every time XD you wouldn't think a gang of criminals would choose something like that. any story behind that choice?
El Patético emerged from an Advent Calender prompt from December 2020. They are an evil organisation, and Rose manages to catch their attention at some point. So story wise they are one of the antagonists, not 100% on the termonology.
I don't know what the story is behind the name :D just thought it was fund.
