OSAD Session 6 - The Faceless Forest
General Summary
The party is teleported to Payne Manor in Crow's Roost, where they meet three members of the family, Royce, Daegal, and Rufus Payne.
Rufus antagonizes the party for killing his friend Galvin but is brushed off. Daegal offers the party an alternative route to The Spine but is turned down when his offer feels suspicious.
Rufus attempts to hinder the party by taking their horses but is unsuccessful.
The party head onwards, traveling through a wood, encountering an old man who tells them of faceless men who reside in the forest.
The party is ambushed by some of the faceless men, narrowly escaping while Alistaer causes a fire in the process.
After putting some distance between themselves and the faceless men, the party is yet again ambushed by them as they reach the border to Deepforge land.
