Armorer's Supplies

This heavy chest has a pair of straps meant to go over the shoulders, even able to be directly attached to armor. Within is a hammer, pair of tongs, bag of charcoal, three rags, heavy shears, and a collection of pins. These supplies are most often used with a heating mechanism to purify ore and beat it into usable plates before it can be more further processed.

Downtime Actions:

Field Care [Travel] - There are a number of techniques useful in the field that can increase an armor's efficacy, but are short term in nature. During a day of travel, you can adjust a number of suits of armor equal to your proficiency bonus to fit the situation. If you do so, anyone who wears that armor gains temporary hit points equal to their level when they roll initiative within the next twenty-four hours.
Refitting [Town] - Leaving home without armor properly cared for is asking to be slain. With your supplies you are able to take a few hours to properly oil, adjust, and reinforce any set of armor. If you do so, anyone wearing that armor who is proficient in in may choose to treat a single critical hit they were hit by as if it were a regular hit instead. You may refit a number of armors equal to your proficiency modifier at once.
