This belt contains a series of pouches and packs that can easily be concealed under a cloak. Within these pouches are inks, dyes, and cloth along with a small sewing kit along with several standard pieces of parchment and stamps. Using these tools, someone trained in their use may create a variety of simple disguises as well as official documents with which to substantiate false claims.

Downtime Actions:

Cloak Passage [Travel] - While on the road, you create quick but functional alterations that cloak your group's travel along a public highway. Any day in which this downtime action has been taken, anyone seeking to track your group's travel or discover their location must make a relevant roll against a DC of 8 + your proficiency bonus with this tool + your Wisdom or Charisma modifier.
Assume Identity [Town] - Creating an identity that has been assumed or wholly fabricated, you create a disguise and documents to prove that such is (apparently) true. You can then reliably utilize these resources to infiltrate or otherwise mingle where you might otherwise be scrutinized. Using this downtime action grants you a pool of points equal to your proficiency bonus that may be used to force those who might otherwise scrutinize you to roll contested Investigation or Insight checks at disadvantage. The choice to do so may be done after the target rolls, but before you roll Charisma(Deception) or its equivalent for the contest.
