The Director of S.O. An older Half-Elf.
The people of Apex know the Director from her illustrations in the Broadsheets and her elusive comments. The Director meets with the Council of Ten weekly at the Palace of the Doge, that is all that is known about her duties. She is the public head of the S.O. the Apex intelligence service. Since no Great House acknowledges her most think she worked her way up through the organization to become its director. She has been director for the last seven years.
