Personal history

Bianca grew up in a family of actors, often helping out in her father's troupe in between playing roles. However, she seemed to relish writing and directing the plays more than performing them, and her good natured yet firm style of directing won the hearts of her father's troupe. Once she came of age, she went out into the world with her parents' blessings to find a troupe of her own to manage. She hopes to one day take the troupe to Guardolupo.

Education

She learned the ins and outs of being a good impresaria from her father and often applies some of the same techniques he used to promote the Arcoba Company.

Employment

Bianca came to the Arcoba as the fledgling troupe was being formed, and in need of an impresarie, where she has remained ever since.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Bianca has quite a lot of successful plays to her credit, both with her father's troupe, and the Arcoba. Her skillful writing has led to some nobles and patrons commissioning new plays from her for their own troupes.

Failures & Embarrassments

Not every play Bianca has put on were successful--she has gotten a rain of tomatoes more than a few times.

Intellectual Characteristics

Bianca is very well read, and intelligent, and will often allude to well known novels and other plays in her work. However, she is very careful to speak at a level her actors understand.
