Qualifications
To become a Grand Actor or Actress, a performer must demonstrate that they have the skill and versatility to play a variety of roles, and move audiences while performing--even if they are only playing a bit part. At least one lead role is required, while more lead roles or major roles are encouraged.
Requirements
Aspiring Grand Actors/Actresses should be part of their troupe for at least a year, and have played at least one lead role or a good variety of major roles well. They must also have good people skills and showmanship--since they are often the faces of their troupe.
Appointment
A Grand Actor/Actress is nominated by their peers, and each one explains why the one they nominated is worthy of the title. If the impresarie believes that the person would do well serving as a Grand Actor/Actress after hearing out their peers, they will bestow the rank.
Duties
A Grand Actor/Actress is often the public face of a troupe, and will often help the impresarie promote the play (eg. signing autographs, answering questions from the people, talking about the play, etc.) in addition to playing any lead role or major role in plays.
Responsibilities
Grand Actors/Actresses are expected to mentor newer actors and apprentice actors, and teach them how to act, sing, play instruments, dance, fight, perform acrobatics, and other skills as needed for roles they may play once they are full actors/actresses.

Grand Actors/Actresses are often the most popular performers in a troupe, and many have very loyal fanbases
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
A Grand Actor or Actress will lose their title if they are caught committing a crime, or otherwise disgracing the troupe.
