Cult of the Forgotten
The cult of the goddess Karnifax, patron of executioners, rebels, renegades, lepers, and outcasts. The cult typically makes a point of appearing sinister and secretive, even as they provide aid and support to those society has abandoned. It is unclear how much of this is actual sinister motives, how much is an effort to keep those members it has once they've been helped, and how much is pure aesthetic preference on the part of their god.
