Fish Eye

A coastal town on an island off the southern coast of Shisui, a transitional area where the magic of both Shisui and standard Renedge work to some extent. More powerful standard spells aren't likely to work well there without the backing of Shisui spirits. In the summer of 23 ARL, Fish Eye was used as a transit hub and base for the Black Samurai's army.
