Jade Phoenix

A group of villains on Shisui that style themselves as assassins, though they aren't actually part of the ninja clans. Led by a master swordsman, and consisting of a flame-haired mage woman, two men in suits with lots of tattoos, a lightning monk, a lightning swordsman, and Bi-Li Ghostface.
Most of the group was killed by the Shadows of Existence on September 6th, 23 ARL
