The Silence
A collective consciousness of disembodied souls animating the stone of the Caverns of Silence. Their mind is alien and twisted, but not evil; they simply do not have the senses and context to properly understand most other beings.
By all measures used so far, despite their strangeness, The Silence are not unnatural; they respond as any mundane creature would to abilities that affect natural creatures, even if the responding bodies are silent and eyeless.

On September 19th, 23 ARL, Locke successfully communed with them and agreed to become their emissary, allowing them to use his senses and mind to help them expand their awareness and gain greater understanding. They provide him magical and physical aid in return.
