Orphanage
Orientation
When the young are first arriving they are given a tour of the orphanage. They are then introduced to their schedule and the rules. The young get to explore on their own for a few hours after it’s done and then attend their classes. The classes all have the newer children for a few weeks then they are moved to the main ones.Rules

Routine
The young get up at 7 to start the day and have breakfast for an hour before heading to their classes. Each class is around 100 minutes and has about 20 students each. The learning period goes on until 3 or 4. They have free time for 4 hours and most of them chat with their friends or study their material.Staff
There’s usually 1 Caretaker but can have 2 depending on the size of an area. There’s 5 teachers for the starting classes and an average of 15 other teachers. They have a good relationship to one another and the young. There’s a general rule of no favoritism but not everyone follows it. The educators report any bad behavior to the caretakers who talk to the young. In some areas the adults are toxic and create an unhealthy environment. It reflects this in the way the young act, doing bad things without any consequences.History
The building was first voted upon in ancient times by a now extinct clan and everyone seemed to agree so they started construction of it right away and finished around a week later. It was only a story tall and had a few rooms dedicated to lessons. The idea started to gain traction years later by other clans. However some clans kept the old tradition. The style varied between the different clans.
