Brainstorming

Overview: Where the items would go, probably components, food, healing, all that.
Tooth Necklace: A necklace adorned with Teeth of various wasteland monsters.
Soldier Trackers: Every army and organized unit has a form of these. The Wasteland soldiers have traditional metal stamped Dog Tags, which the Legion faction likes to gather and either display on their persons or trade them as currency.
Military Rations: Rations for the military. The NCR faction has restarted factories for a sort of catchall-meat product that is nutritious but somewhat tasty.
