Brainstorming Casino
Inspiration: Fallout New Vegas The Strip, Freeside, and Mr. House.
Supposed to be more well built, focus on a road that goes to the casinos. Have the Great Khans as a sort of Strip Family that buses people with their money intact to spend at the casino. Metro and train station that people travel through to the casinos as well.
Have a Sanctuary/Ark nearby
Shantytown Surrounding
Company shanty town: Around the Road to his casino, there is a shanty town, used as a buffer and for cheap labor. He offers many a handout in exchange for servitude.
The Yellow Brick Road: The well kept and maintained road surrounded by a shanty town. Leading prospective gamblers to the potential for fame and fortune through the wasteland surrounding. The Overlord pays handsomely to keep around the clock maintenance and patrolling with his Security Enforcers. Any building near the road is guaranteed a lot of traffic so the various business owners fight tooth and nail to be as close to the road as possible.
The Train Station: Pre-Conflict and Post, its a hub of tunnels connecting the city together. The Overlord keeps the place running and lights on, making sure anyone braving the tunnels can get there. Its pro
The Sanctuary: This was a Sanctuary run entirely on gambling, almost all decisions were solved with cards or wheels. As a strong defensive position deep within his territory, The Robot Overlord wanted its absolute loyalty. It is frequently stocked with emergency provisions and any number of the Overlord's mercenaries.
The remaining original inhabitants who pledged loyalty mainly stay to maintain and live in the Sanctuary. Any who refused were exiled without remorse. Most of the internal computering has been overridden by the Overlord, making sure to keep its extensive monitoring for itself.
Robot Run Casino
Robot Run Casino: From a central hub, this robot overlord awoke. They are a human kept alive by machinery, designed to live near forever. He only has sturdy casino bots and some enforcement droids as well. He went into a business agreement with several wastelanders, who in exchange for service, he would provide technology and comfort.
Outside of his main casino is a shanty corporate town, run by him. He keeps the road to his casino hearth paved, patrolled, and cared for, caring little for anything else unless it interferes with the road.
Robot Overlord: maybe human, maybe machine, probably a bit of both. This Overlord talks through screens, his body safely hidden away to prevent outside contamination.
Robot Enforcer: A TV on wheels with plenty of firepower. They serve as the eyes, ears, and muscle of the Robot Overlord. They are advanced, especially in a post apocalyptic setting. When going into battle, they lower armor over their TV Faces.
