Arcane Talismans

An Arcane Talisman is a single use magic item similar to a scroll. Like a scroll the Talisman casts a spell. Unlike a scroll, any creature can cast the spell once the Talsiman is complete. A Talisman casts a single beneficial spell upon the user, such as protection or buffing an ability. Talisman do not cast offensive spells or ranged spells.

A Talisman will be a small object crafted by witches, enchanters, mystics, shaman, or sages. In addition to the usual Arcane shops, Talismans can be purchased at temples, shrines, or holy sites.
