Cetacean Oil

Cetacean Oil is harvested from the Cetaceans by Detroit (and other nations) sailing vessels. This oil provides the arcane energy to make magic items.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

To create a common magic item, common or better Ceacean oil is needed. The rarity /power of the magic item created is always equal or less than the rarity of the lowest value ingredient.

Significance

The Dark Elves used the blood of sapient creatures to create and power enchanted items. This practice is banned in the Republic.
