One of the lesser cults of Detroit is the worship of Dreva, Goddess of Law.
The cult of Dreva believes a better world is created through everyone/ everthing following the rules. The cult believes creating rules and setting the consequences for breaking the rules is a divinely inspired task. The cult also believes enforcing the rules /consequences is a divinely inspired task.
