Elf - Noldar

The Noldar are the least populous and most secretive of the Elven races. They still have not recovered their population after their war with the Dark Elves. The Noldar do not hold any territory in the world, prefering to travel in small groups. Non Noldar have heard rumours of a hidden city in the FeyWild being the last refuge of the Noldar. Beyond the persistence of this rumor, there is no evidence of such a city.
