Ezzat the Lich

Ezzat the Lich has a complicated backstory with Halaster Blackcloak, either being a former apprentice or a wizard who was rejected from being an apprentice to Halaster.

Ezzat has carved out a lair in the underdark in or near Halaster's Dungeon where he plots on how to defeat Halaster and take control of the Dungeon.
