The war of the Elves

Before history starts, the Sha Esari split into several race-nations and went to war , tribe against tribe, cousin against cousin.

In this great war, we name the tribes who were defending their lands, the Noldar, and the aggressors who sought to expand their empire through conquest, the Sha Serin.

Both brought great martial skill and arcane knowledge into the conflict. Fragments of tales of the war tell of great heroics and unspeakable cruelty, the tide of war turning on both deeds of bravery and craven treachery.

In the end, the Noldor became a scattered people, wanderers with no land to call their own. The Sha Serin were reduced to holding a handful of islands from whence the Melnibonéans, the Dark Elves would arise to create a new empire of conquest.
