The Wild Huntsman

The Wild Huntsman is an otherworldly entity from the Far Realms or beyond.
Condemned criminals are ritually given the Huntsman's mark and escorted beyond the city limits. The Huntsman and his Hounds descend from the nighttime clouds to pursue the condemned. Rumor says that if the condemned provided a good hunt, he /she is spared and takes a place among the Hounds.
Rumor also speaks of rare individuals who are chosen to serve as the Huntsman's agents among the mortal creatures.
