Seven goblin workers were rescued from the sewers below the city today. They had been trapped below ground for three days by protests by the Kazador Brothers Stonework employees. The Dwarves were protesting the city awarding sewer maintenance contracts to the Williams & Farely firm who employs goblins. The impasse was resolved by a local bard negotiating with the Kazadors to release the goblins. Afterwards, Thargas Kazador is quoted, "It's just as well, we'll get paid triple to clean up the mess those pointed head idiots make. It's just a shame to see the city wasting money on fool goblins."   Zrut, one of the goblins rescued is quoted, "No trouble, goblins good workers, just want to go home now."
