Fulbeck
Fulbeck is the capitol of Elios Commonwealth. It is a vibrant and luxurious town, where luxury is available to all those who can enter. The Town has a large walls protecting it and does not simply allow anyone to be in town. Those who wish to visit Fulbeck must have identification to enter, which will be check by the city guards upon entering.
Demographics
There exists a noticeable difference between the wealthy and the common folk, however there are no peasants present in Fulbeck. Those who are not part of the wealthy, work as artisans, crafters, teachers, guards, etc. There is a healthy balance of races in Fulbeck as well as they are open to all races.
