Session VI - Lady Melitha - 9th of Tulth

General Summary

o Having been drawn to the Town of Therldin for work, you all sought out the Heralded Blades. The same group you had had an altercation with, and ultimately lost the golden orb too. You decided to help them in exchange for payment, but upon the first task, you realized this group was a different kind of evil. o You decided to instead help those they were hurting, while also tricking them into still paying you. In a semi-coordinated attack, you freed the hundreds of slaves they had from their work camp in the town. In the chaos, you escaped and headed north. Now seeking another of their enemies, a lady named Melitha, or Merl for short. o After a day’s journey you reached the forests north of the green mountains. After some investigation, you all saw small nicks in the trees nearby. You all followed them, and were lead to a small hut by the riverside. You however, found it to be empty. But soon after were greeted by the lady, but with her blade against Lokelius’ neck. You explained yourselves, and managed to calm her. She told you that she was simply a migrant from the south who had gotten in the Blades way, so she became a target. She didn’t seem interested in fighting the blades, but informed you of a group who is. The Drove as their known, led by a pair of Drow twins. They were based in an abandoned tower to the south. She agreed to lead you all to the location. o Along the way however, you were stopped by Valen and his presumable friend. He requested for his stolen gold to be returned. Quinterra refused, and so a fight broke out. In what can only be described as a drawn out fight, Quinterra eventually handed over the gold. Valen quickly leaving afterwards. o You then travelled the remaining distance to the tower, and camped out near the base…
