Anatomy

• It is said the Dragons posses a small amount of the old chaos within themselves. This is what allows them to breath the elements. Surprisingly, this isn't too far from the truth. Dragons posses a special organ which creates a certain molecule which interacts with the magical weave to create certain elements based on the type of dragon.

Geographic Origin and Distribution

• Dragons live in every corner of the world. Soon after their first appearance, thanks to their wings and natural curiosity, they soon flew to every part of the world.

Average Intelligence

• Dragons vary in intelligence, but none of them are idiotic. Every kind is marvelously strategic in how they hunt for food.
• When we look at the top of Dragon kind, we see that the most intelligent dragons know and understand the world better than you or I. They know how to interact with us mortals and get what they desire. They know how to manipulate the world and bend it to their will. Some even interact with the weave in a more conscious matter, and are able to cast spells that no humanoid could ever hope to cast.

Civilization and Culture

History

• Long before our time, the world was in a state of perpetual chaos. In this chaos the world was created. But then, the chaos was tamed. When this occurred, the world became substance. It was whole and able to become more than a floating rock in the multiverse. From the remnants of the chaos, the first life came into being. The first intelligent life to roam the world were various descendants from the chaos. Among this life was the first dragons. A incredibly powerful and magical creature. With the ability to breath pure magic, they quickly came to rule the primitive world.
• With their breath and high intelligence, Dragons dominated the world. However, they're rule would become challenged once the first humanoid races, made by the first pantheon, began to arrive.

Average Physique

• Dragons are apex predators. They are the top of the food chain. Their only rival being us humanoids, and even then, only the most elite of us dare challenge them. They are all physically superior to any other creature. Every ounce of a dragons body is muscle.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking

• There are many variations of dragons. But in the years of study we have discovered there are three main families of dragons: the metallic dragons, the chromatic dragons, and the gem dragons. Each possess different features compared to the others, and are often very different when they are interacted with.
• The Metallic Dragons consist of the tints, in order of power: Brass, Copper, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
• The Chromatic Dragons consist of the colors, in order of power: White, Black, Green, Blue, and Red.
• The Gem Dragons consist of the minerals: Amethyst, Emerald, Sapphire, Topaz, Crystal, and Obsidian.
