The Conflict

Prelude

• Two hundred years before the beginning of the war, the end of another war had just occurred. The war between the Alcor Union and the Ertherion Empire, other wise known as the Golden Genocide War, had reached a climatic end at the First City. The Union had successfully repelled the Empire. However, both Elezian and Gareleth were significantly drained of resources and moral. Many hoped that the Alcor Union would have put to rest the qualms of the past, however, that was not the case. Over the next two centuries tensions began to slowly build once again. However, this time more artificially fueled by those with certain interests. And so, on the 27th of Qev, 1440 PF, Elezian declared war on Gareleth. Thus beginning, the War of the Masked Scar.
