Maya Maya, Archon's Clerk
The Archon found Maya arguing over a financial discrepency in her tax report (that no one asks for) with the Archon's Clerk. This brought to light a small corruption scandal that had been running for a number of years under this clerk's supervision.
The Archon fired and detained the clerk on the spot, and hired Maya Maya to fill his spot immediately.
Maya would operate slighty differently to the previous clerk however, as she would follow him and document any spending right then and there. She also operated a number of courier services that would take her reports back to her office in the capital - these couriers were often fellow halflings, but were, on some occasion, Xvarts, specifically when the information is highly sensitive.
