Primiea District

Encompassing most of the Pasmana sea, some of the southern coast of the Dayara plains, and the two largest islands on Rhydar. This expansive district has a rich history of migrating peoples, conquests and the birthplace of one of the most influential Empires in history.

Demographics

Though the District is the most diverse district in the Kingdom when it comes to number of residents from other districts, there isn't much diversity amongst the Primi natives. With the natives who've lived within the Prim Region since Rheyan occupation staying pretty much the same since. With their bleach blonde hair and pink skin being a staple among the Primi. These traits, which makes them more related to Atlans and Korrla than the Rheyans that occupied the area, is probably why they were outcasted and so mistreated under Rheyan rule.

Government

Due to the many small islands and different land masses the district holds claim to, its many head families live throughout the district. When the Royal family calls for the head family representatives they all head to the capital, Leryn, where they represent their district.

Defences

Due to the diverse stretches of islands that define the district, most Primi live in relative peace thanks to natural borders and space.

Industry & Trade

Unlike the other districts, the Primiea district holds its trade to a much more "Free" standard than the other districts. With many of the other districts having strict rules in place for when and where to trade the Primi hold firm to the idea of "individual trade" and the idea that anyone can trade anything. This free market idea, while making the money it sends to Atla the least of any district, has made this district hold the title for least peasants with almost all Primi living comfortably. The major downside to this however is that the district doesn't have very much policing in general which is why pirating has become such a big problem in the district.

History

Rheyan Occupation/Independence

This area, originally the Hanu Region of the Rhosaya Republic, gained its independence from the oppressive Rheyans after a series of bloody wars, known as the Parsi Wars, that defined the region and gave it its free spiritedness. After this the newly formed Hanu Dynasty quickly fell into chaos as many wartime generals from the revolution tried to take control of the whole region, but all failed. Attempts were made by the Rheyans to try and take back the island, but the Hanu people always had one thing in common that glues their culture together even now; their hatred of the people of Rhosaya.

Dayne Occupation

Weakened by many Rheyan attempts at reconquest and a fragmented society of bandits and Pirates, the Daya Empire eventually found its way south to the Hanu region and swiftly conquered the island. The region and Hanu people stayed under the Empire's control for many centuries, taking a liking to their Dayne rulers they molded into the society well and even incorporated many of the traditions of the Daynes and blended it into their own. This included shedding the Korrla religion of Korha and switching to the religion of the seven Sisters. The region slowly changed into the Prims Region, named for its large amounts of PrimRose Remnant, shedding the last remnant of Rheyan influence.

Unifications under Morgana and Polaris.

With the capture of Dayanan and the fall of Daya's Empire to the Kingdom of Polaris this left the Prims in another power vacuum situation. The Prims region fell into another period of warring powers trying to take control of the whole region. This time however a victor was found, Morgana of the West, claiming to be the true heir to Daya's throne, led a massive army that swept the region and started what would be the Primea Empire.

The Primea Empire would eventually become the Dayarin Empire and fall to the Polaris Kingdom, unifying the Rhydan people under one crown for the first time and delegating the Prim Region to a district, the Primiea District, where it shares a border with its most hated neighbor, the Rhosaya district.

Architecture

Due to the Districts low taxes on its citizens, it doesn't have the funds to stay as clean and up to date as the other Districts.

Geography

With the Prims Region being dotted with rolling hills and flat grasslands and the many islands, with their beautiful beaches and diverse ecosystems, the Primiea district has one of the best natural landscapes.

Natural Resources

Vreuz Combat

A combat style created by the ancient mainland Primi, possibly used for fighting larger tougher prey or possible predators, this style of fighting utilizes fast movements, acrobatics, and shin/feet kicks to pressure points to quickly knock out an opponent. Vreuz is not meant for long, drawn out, fights. Weaponized armor can be used for quicker finishes to fights and when taking on tougher opponents.
