When God made Rose he wanted her to have no emotions, so that she could be neutral in all causes, and from that Primrose was born. Created out of pure emotion Primrose controls emotions, life's energy, and living beings. Out of all the sisters, Primrose has the most controversial existence. With the views of the Red Pedal Temple saying Primrose isn't even a sister, saying Rose does indeed have emotions. While the Church of Polaris has her at one of the most important, only below Lily, of course.
