Artiernius

Arternius is the goddess of the winds and secrets. She is often depicted as a tall thin lady in a long flowing tattered grey dress. Her dress tears itself apart and the pieces fly off into the wind. The dress seems to constantly fall apart but be reformed and on it are written the secrets of the living and those that fly off into nothingness are the secrets of the dead and those that have been lost. She hears all which is said and the only way for one to keep their secrets from the goddess would be to prevent any wind from getting into their meeting rooms and domiciles. But in courtrooms, a window is opened for the wind to blow through the room and the judge will pray to her before starting a trial.
