May there be another meal as bountiful as this
A common practice in human household is to take a moment to pray or thank the gods or the animals for the bounty.
History
It begun during the Age of Demons where food was rather scarce and every bit was a blessing. Hence, this practice came about.
Execution
Typically, it is done by putting both palms together with the fingers facing skywards or by clutching one hand with the other.
